1. Paste your list
Copy a single spreadsheet column or enter one number per line. Decimals and grouped numbers such as 1,000 or 1,00,000 are accepted. Blank lines are ignored; invalid lines are identified before calculating.
Apply one percentage to your whole list.
Copy into Excel or Google Sheets. CSV uses ungrouped numbers.
| Original | 15% amount | Result |
|---|---|---|
| 200 | 30 | 30 |
| 500 | 75 | 75 |
| 1,000 | 150 | 150 |
Each result = original × 15 ÷ 100.
Original total: 1,700. Percentage amount total: 255. Result total: 255.
Totals use unrounded values; displayed rows and exports use your chosen decimals, so displayed rows may not add to the displayed total. A ≈ symbol marks rounded table values. Very small values may display as zero. Ordinary browser arithmetic is used.
Less repetition. Clearer results.
This bulk percentage calculator applies the same percentage to up to 500 numbers at once. Find a percentage of every value, add a percentage to every value, or subtract one. Use the results to check price lists, compare budgets or prepare a spreadsheet.

“Find %” returns the percentage amount. “Add” returns the original plus that amount. “Subtract” returns the original minus that amount. Select Calculate list or press Ctrl+Enter inside the list.
Copy the table into Excel or Google Sheets, or download a CSV. Both include the original number, percentage amount and result. Changing an input clears the previous results until you calculate again.
For a list containing 200, 500 and 1,000 at 15%, the percentage amounts are 30, 75 and 150. Adding 15% produces 230, 575 and 1,150. Subtracting 15% produces 170, 425 and 850. A discount amount and a final price are different results.
| Operation | Formula for each number x | 200 at 15% |
|---|---|---|
| Find percentage | x × rate ÷ 100 | 30 |
| Add percentage | x + (x × rate ÷ 100) | 230 |
| Subtract percentage | x − (x × rate ÷ 100) | 170 |
For a single question, use our percentage calculator. To measure a change between an old and new value, use the percentage change calculator. To recover an amount before a discount, use the reverse percentage calculator.
Use one number per line or paste a single spreadsheet column. Commas inside a number are treated as digit grouping, so 1,000 means one thousand, not two entries. For decimals, use a full stop: 12.5. Multiple spreadsheet columns are rejected rather than silently combined.
Yes, for general arithmetic. Subtracting 150% from 200 gives −100. For ordinary price discounts, use a rate from 0% to 100%. The calculator accepts non-negative rates up to 1,000,000% and input values from −1 trillion to 1 trillion.
The formulas use signed arithmetic. For example, adding 10% to −100 calculates −100 + (−100 × 10 ÷ 100) = −110. This is not an interpretation of growth from a negative baseline. Use positive amounts for normal price comparisons.
Totals are calculated before rounding. Each row is rounded separately for display and export. Three results of 0.3333 may display as 0.33 each while their unrounded total displays as 1.00. Check more decimal places when needed.
No. The tool processes your numbers in your browser and does not save a history. Copy table uses your clipboard when selected. Download CSV creates a file on your device. Share calculation includes your inputs in a link that anyone with it can view. Without a shared link, reloading resets the example; a shared link restores its included numbers.
It performs percentage arithmetic only. It does not apply jurisdiction-specific tax rules, currency-specific rounding or financial regulations. Read our calculation methodology for general limitations or report a calculation issue.
