This policy applies to YourPercentageCalculator.com, maintained by its site administrator, Rakesh. Use our contact form for a privacy question or request.
Calculator inputs
The calculator performs arithmetic in your browser. The custom tools do not submit entered numbers to a server for calculation, save a calculation history, or require an account. Reloading resets the inputs. Copy answer writes to your clipboard only when you choose that control.
Contact messages
If you submit the contact form, it collects the name you optionally provide, your email address, selected topic and message. These are stored as a private record in WordPress for the administrator to review. No email is sent automatically. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or confidential documents.
Messages remain in WordPress until the administrator deletes them; the form does not apply an automatic expiry. Copies may remain in hosting backups according to the backup settings. Contact information is used to handle the enquiry, identify related messages and respond when needed, not to subscribe you to marketing.
Website delivery and spam prevention
The hosting provider, Hostinger, processes standard request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and time. Log and backup retention depend on the hosting configuration.
The contact form uses a short-lived keyed hash of the request IP address to limit repeated submissions for one minute. It does not store that raw IP address in the message record. A form identifier is retained for up to one day to prevent accidental duplicate submissions. WordPress scheduled cleanup can affect when expired technical records are physically removed.
Cookies, accounts and third-party resources
The custom calculators do not use cookies or local storage to keep your calculation history. WordPress may use cookies for administrator login and site previews; these are separate from ordinary calculator use.
Advertising and analytics tags have not been added to the custom calculator pages. If these services are introduced, this policy and any required visitor choices must be updated before they are enabled.
Who can access information
Contact records are restricted to authorized WordPress administrators. The hosting provider and people authorized to maintain the site may process stored information as needed to operate, secure or back up the site. Calculator inputs are not included in a contact message unless you choose to write them into it.
Your requests
You can ask about, correct or request deletion of a contact message through the contact form, choosing Privacy request. Include your message reference if available. Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed. Records may need to be retained for legitimate legal or security reasons where applicable.
